Thieves of coloured images... can you believe?

Hello everyone, yesterday I couldn't believe my eyes when I got a message from a fellow crafter and blog friend who informed me that she saw one of my coloured images on a card of another person. I thought... what? Oh my... am I in the wrong movie or what?

I visited then this blog and really was shocked, sad, disappointed, angry altogether. Look by yourself... this is a part of the card R. from I. made...

and this is my colouration from THIS card...

What do you say.... there is no doubt... it is MY colouring she have stolen from my blog, copied it and integrated it onto her own card.

But this isn't enough.... she did the same to several other crafters... below two other 'victims'... Look by yourself....

And next...

Below the original colouration from Iris Wiechmann like you can see very clear on the photo below... no one would colour this image in absoloutely the same colours on each part of it, and watch the shadings, ... so no doubt...

Someone asked her how she colours her images. And she lied said she would colour with silk painting colours... and would ironing a clear foil over the image to get the glossy effect. Oh my....

I am really speechless now...

Well, I see no other way as to put the watermark over the image in future, or over a part of it, to avoid this happens in future. 

I still am confused and cannot understand someone is doing something like this. How can someone have fun to play with stolen coloured images and give them out as their own. How can someone be satisfied by such kind of creativity.

Coral Immersion - Sweet Pea Stamps

Hello everyone, today I want to show you a card I just made with an older but not less amazing stamp available at Sweet Pea Stamps designed by the fabulous ching-chou kuik's. It is 'Coral Immersion', and is available as a single stamp, and on Plate # 41 together with three other wonderful image.

I coloured the image with Copics and wanted to keep a red and grey tones colour scheme.

Simply Magnolia - Sketch

Hello my dear friends and fellow crafters. Wish you a happy Sunday! Hope you had a wonderful weekend so far. Today I want to show you the card I made for the Simply Magnolia Challenge, where we have a Sketch for you.

I really had fun with this Sketch. It is an easy one, but very effectful, in my opinion. Will use it for later projects again.

 

I coloured this lovely image, one of my favourites of the new Christmas Magnolia collection, with Copics. And I really love how it turned out. I tried to colour some light effects from the light of the lantern.

Another Paperbag Card

Hello everyone, right now I am really addicted to make paperbag cards. They are so much fun to create. For my card I show you today I used the Party Snowman from Bildmalarna. Below you can see the front side of my card...

A close up of the image. I coloured it with Distress Inks.

And here is the inside of my card. The papers I used for my card is from Carta Bella 'Merry & Bright'. The Scalopped Tags are Magnolia DooHickeys and the border is dark pink Raffia lace. The notesheet is from a Smash Pad.

Here you can see the hidden panel who stucks in the pad.

And here you can see the backside. Here I used another Magnolia DooHickey Dream Tag.

Whiff of Joy Challenge # 143 - Foto Inspiration

Hi again dear friends and fellow crafters. Today I want to share with you a second card I recently made. It is the one I made for the Whiff of Joy Challenge where we have a Photo Inspiration for you. For my card I used two of the sweet images from the Secret Stamp Kit from Whiff of Joy. I just love this kit, it contains such gorgeous Christmas themed images.

I coloured the image with Copics. The ticket sentiments, the ticket dies and the star festoon die are from Whiff of Joy as well.

For my card I had the Sketch from CLP Challenges as inspiration and want of course join their play with my creation.

Crafts & Me Challenge # 111 - Circles

Hello my dear friends and visitors, hope you're doing fine. The most of us are already in a Christmas mood when it comes to card making. Me too, but today I show you a more springlike card I made for our new challenge at Crafts and Me Challenges. This time we want to see

CIRCLES

 For my card I used one of the fabulous images from Robin Pushay called 'Thinking'. I just love her images. Check out the new ones of her. There is Santa and angels, you will love them!

I coloured the image with Distress Inks.

For creating my card I used the sketch from The Sketchy Challenges and want of course join the play with it.

Twinkle Toes 'Bubbles' from Sweet Pea Stamps

 Hello everyone, today I want to show you a card I made with one of the Elisabeth Bell cuties available at Sweet Pea Stamps. It is from the Twinkle Toes collection and is called 'Bubbles'. I wanted to create a little scene with it... a little sweet fairy riding on her big bubble through a fairy garden. I coloured the image with Copics and paper pieced the bubbles.

On the close up below you can see that I also added some Stickles to her wings and the bubbles as well.

WoJ Cute Snowman Tag

Hello peeps, hope you are doing fine! Today I want to show you a tag I created with one of the just released sweet images from Whiff of Joy. The one I used is 'Cute Snowman' and is designed by Gina Elerion, the fabulous artist who created the Simply Maya images. I just love them. They are all just so sweet.

For the background of my tag I used scraps. I just cutted them to stripes and glued them to another piece of cardstock. Then you have to cut it into the shape you want it. Great possibility to use some small left overs.

The lovely star border is a new just released die from Whiff of Joy as well. And so is the sentiment I used for my tag. And hey, did you know Whiff of Joy is 'Smashing' now? You can get all Smash items at Whiff of Joy now. And another great addition to the shop are the Washi Tapes. I used one of them on my tag as well. It gives a great accent to each of your projects.

Mystery - Variations Week at Sweet Pea Stamps

Hello everyone, we have variations week again. This time we all from the design team created with Anna Marine's fabulous image called 'Mystery'. It is available as a single stamp, as Digi, and on Plate # 186 together with three more beautiful images. I am so curious to see what everyone has created. I wanted to keep my card in black and red tones, so I also coloured the image in those colours. I did the colouring with Copics.

Sweet Little Red

Hello everyone, hope you're doing fine. Today I want to show you a card looking more spring like. I used one of the newest images by ching-chou kuik's called 'Sweet Little Red'. I love this little scene with the cute fox on her arms. This image is available as a single stamp and comes together with three other beautiful images on Plate # 226. I coloured the image with Copics. I added some sparkling to her hair. The background papers are from Basic Grey Porcelain.

In the Pumpkin Patch

Hi dear Sweet Pea Stamps lovers just as I am, time for another Halloween inspiration, although Halloween is already over since few days. But hey, it is so much fun to create them. The card I show you today is made with one of the gorgeous images by Teresa Sherman. It is called 'In the Pumpkin Patch' and you can find her on Plate # 215.together with three other images and a sentiment. This beauty is available as a single stamps as well.

Whiff of Joy Preview Day 4

Hello my dear friends and visitors, and welcome to another preview day of Whiff of Joy newest release of the sweetest images available from tomorrow the 7th November.

The one I show you today is 'Maya and Kitty drinking Tea'. Aren't they just the cutest? This image and all the other new stamps are a pleasure to colour. I coloured this one with Copics.

On the close up below you have a better sight to the ice glitter I added to some icy and snowy parts of the image. The same glitter I also added to the die cutted snow stars I used as border. The leaf dies and the sentiment are from Whiff of Joy as well.
