Seize the Day for Whiff of Joy

Hello and happy day everyone! Today I want to share with you another Whiff of Joy project I recently made. I used the sweet 'Pirate Henry'.

The coloration is made with Copics.

And I used some charms from the 'Box of Charms - Pirate's Treasure'

Sailor Girl from Bildmalarna

Hello and good morning! Have you already seen the new collection of stamps and papers from Bildmalarna? Those new images are so sweet, and the new papers just gorgeous. I had such a pleasure to have a play with it. 

 

First I decided for 'Sailor Girl' to create with. I was in the mood for a maritime styled card. And for that she is simply perfect. And so is the papers from the new 'An Ocean with Strawberries' collection. The papers are available in a size of 15 x 15 cm in a set, and 30 x 30 cm as well as single sheets. I wanted to create a Criss Cross Card.

I colored her with Distress Inks.

Doc Henry

Hello and good morning everyone, he's definitely perfect for a Get Well project; Whiff of Joy's 'Doc Henry'. He's such a cutie and seeing him make anyone feeling better immediately.

I colored him with Copics and stamped some 'French Vintage Postmarks' around the image. The doily behind the image is the 'Elegant Doily' Die-Light. The sentiment is from the 'Klassiker' collection. It is in German and means 'Get well soon'.

For the bunting I used the 'Banner Trio 2' Die-Lights.

This can be a card, a layout or anything else. Let your mind free... I made this card with cutie 'Mechanic Henry'.

The coloration is made with Copics. I surrounded the image with 'French Vintage Postmark Stamps'. And I used the 'Banner Trio 2' and 'Arrows - Set of 7' Die-Lights.

Quill Pen Marci for Bunny Zoe's Crafts

Hello and happy day! I have another tag to share with you. Lately I so love to make them. They are a great addition to a little gift.

For the one I made I used sweet Quill Pen Marci from La La Land Craft. I colored her with Copics and made some paper piecing for her hairdeco made with the Kaisercraft Lulu & Roy 6.5 x 6.5 papers. The same as I also used for the background. The birthday sentiment I used is from Whimsy Stamps from the 'Birthday Greetings' set. For embellishing I used a Butterfly Charm and some Buttons.

Tea Time Tilda for The Sketchy Challenges and Lovely Hänglar Sweet Magnolia

Hello and happy Sunday! Today I have another Magnolia card to share with you. I made it for two challenges just starting this weekend. I used my own Sketch I made for The Sketchy Challenges. And the theme at Lovely Hänglar Sweet Magnolia is 'Use a Charm'.

The coloring is made with Distress Inks and I added some sparkling here and there.

Make a Tag at Crafts and Me

Hi everyone, at Crafts and Me we have the theme 'Make a Tag' for our May Challenge . I just love tags and had fun to create this one sing one of the Photo Vintage Stamps. This one is 'Alice' and she's so beautiful.

I also just love those gorgeous embellishments available at Crafts and Me. I used a Starburst Diamonte Pin and a Resin Angel.

Gift Box for Whiff of Joy

Hi my dear friends and visitors. I created a little gift box with this cutie from Whiff of Joy called 'Together Forever'. As being a cat lover by myself this is definitely one of my faves. Such a sweet image.

The sentiment I used is from the 'For You' collection. I die cutted it with one of the ticket dies. The flowers are made with the 'rolled scalloped flower' die-light.

The coloration is made with Distress Inks. I added some Frantage around the image.

Butterflies at Aurora Wings Challenge

Hello everyone, hope you had a good start into the new week. Today I am honoured to announce you a new challenge over at Aurora Wings Challenges. This month we challenge you with

BUTTERFLIES

For my card I used the beautiful 'Camellia Spirit'. She is colored with Copics.

I will add some more photos and informations soon. Weren't able to do so today (it's Sunday now when I write this post) as I was knocked down with a bad migraine the whole day.

Update Wednesday 21st May 14:
As promised I added some detail photos and more informations you can find below, as first a close up image of the colored image. The coloration is made with Copics, and this image is so fun to ink up!

And I embellished my card with some more butterflies. Those fabulous Butterfly Dies are from Whiff of Joy. I just love them as they come in two different shapes each of the two butterflies. You can see on my close up below that I made three layers, the middle one with vellum.

And another butterly in form of a charm, available at Whiff of Joy too, from the Butterfly box of charms.

I also combined this card with our new challenge at Deep Ocean Challenges where we want to see 'Wings'. Now we look forward seeing you joining our challenges.

Music is in the Air

Hello everyone, finally weekend!! I had a quite heavy week with long days and bad sleeping in the nights. And feel so very tired now. So I am VERY happy to have two days off now. And the best is no plans... love that!! 

Today I am showing you a card I made with one of the super sweet Bildmalarna stamps. I had a play with sweet 'Mimosa Music in the Wind'.

The coloration is made with Distress Inks. And I used papers from the 'Soft Collection'.

I so looooove this theme!! :o) I have a decorated cigar box for your inspiration. I got several boxes a while ago from a friend of us. He is smoking lots of cigars. He saw another box I made a while ago, and since then I get his empty boxes to have a play with. As I already have quite some boxes now we made 'Pimp a cigar box' as theme for the craft day I had with my sister and friends last saturday. And this is how it turned out...
