So the best possibility to create a wonderful card for your hubby, boyfriend, partner or who else you want to say you are in love with. And hey... soon it is Valentines...Your project haven't to be Valentine themed, it can be anything with love. The only requirement is to use a Whiff of Joy stamp on your creation. Here is what I made. I used my fave Henry... isn't he too cute hanging on this heart shaped balloon. I paper pieced the ballon.
