Happy Summer by Maja Design for Papercrafts

Hello everyone, I am so honoured to be a part time designer for Papercrafts to show you some creations made with the gorgeous new Maja Design line Summer Crush. I SOOOOO love this papers, it's one of my fave so far. 

 

My first project is a paperbagcard. I love to make them. One sheet of those fabulous papers have beautiful images on it. They fit perfect with the other papers. But see by yourself on the photos below...

Anything with Wings at Aurora Wings Challenges

Hello everyone, hope you're doing fine. We have soooo hot here already since weeks. Finally today it rained a bit, but just so short that it didn't cooled down really. I don't like it and am looking forward for some cooler temperatures. But it will stay quite hot for at least another week. The last time we had such a heath periode was back in 2003.

But now it's time to announce you a new challenge over at Aurora Wings Challenges. The theme this month is

ANYTHING WITH WINGS

Below you can see my project with Mitzi's fabulous image Fairy Kitty. Aurora Wings haves a wide range of perfect images for any occasion.

Noor! Design UK DT Call

Hello everyone,

when I saw the Design Team Call over at Noor! Design U.K. I immediately knew I HAVE TO apply! I already was part of the Noor! Design Deutschland design team. Unfortunately the shop closed what made me really very sad as I so LOVE to create with the Noor! and DD products. So I will try my luck with the U.K. shop. I think I would be a good addition to the team. I already have many products of Noor! Design and Dutch Doobadoo and can start immediately :-)

As for me, I am a craft addict and loves to color stamped images, to scrap with pretty papers, to put lots of embellishments together. I love to make cards, shaped projects, Pocket Letters, ATC's and since lately I also am into Mixed Media. Love to create and find my inspirations everywhere. I always have many ideas in my head.

I am also into Facebook and Pinterest. I love to show my newest creations on those social media platforms too.

Well, now to my project I created for the Design Team Call... I wanted to combine the sweet Salut Tilda with the fab sail boat shaped template from Dutch Doobadoo. I used several products from Noor! Design for my card.

And below you can see some close ups of my project...

The image is colored with Distress Inks.

 And I embellished my card with some twine, shells and flowers.

Now I hope SOOOOO very much and keep my fingers crossed!

Pretty Woman for Cards und More

Hello everyone,

I hope you survived the big heat we had the last two weeks. I am really happy it cooled down again. With 37 degrees it was even too hot for me to craft. And this means something... 

I created this card before the big heat. I tried to make another Mixed Media Project. I wanted to make some own postcards for a project. And below you can see how it turned out... it's one kind of the cards I made...

The background is created with different colors and mediums. I sprayed them onto a plastic bag and then pressed a sheet of aquarellic paper onto it. It was great how each sheet looked so different and how they turned out.

On the photo below you can see the pearescent color shimmering. It's better to see on the original. After making the background I stamped the image onto it, cut it in the size I wanted it, doodled around the edges and that is...
