Birthday at The Sketchy Challenges

Hello and good morning everyone! I hope you had a good start into the new year. Mine wasn't that fun as I spent some hours at the emergency on the last day of 2014 with a very heavy migraine attack :-(. I'm much better again now and so it only can come better in 2015. 

Today we have a new challenge for you at The Sketchy Challenges. This time we have the theme 'Birthday' and an optional sketch. Below you can see my card. I used a sentiment for the Festive Season, but it fits a birthday too. It's for a winter birthday :-)
