Simply Magnolia Challenge - Easel Card

Hello my dear friends and fellow crafters. Today we have a new challenge for you at Simply Magnolia. We want to show an

EASEL CARD

Do you like this card technique as much as I do? I love it, but it's a while ago since I made the last one. So really time to make one now... and so I will show you today my DT project, which will not be my last Halloween card for this years :o).

On the picture below you can see the ground of the card with the sentiment from Whiff of Joy. Not a typical Halloween sentiment, but I think it is a good match to this card as well.

Whiff of Joy Preview Day 1

Hi everyone my dear friends and visitors, are you doing fine? I hope so. I catched a bad cold and am suffering from it over a week now... sigh! After I really was out of order for few days I was able to make some crafts since Thursday again... and was happy to play with the newest images available at Whiff of Joy from next Wednesday, the 7th November. And you really can look forward to it as they are all just too cute. I am sure you will love them all, just as I do. 

Today I will show you a first preview... it is 'Maya and Kitty Sledging'. 

The Banner Trio Die and the Winter Sentiment is from Whiff of Joy as well. Below you can see a close up of the image. I coloured it with Copics and added some clear ice crystals on some parts.

I created this card with the sketch from The Sketchy Challenges and want to join their actual challenge.

Happy Halloween

Hello and good morning everyone... today is the day... wish everyone a Happy Halloween!!! I want to show you another Halloween creation I recently made. The image I used is from Whiff of Joy 'Dark Elf on Gravestone'. Isn't she just so sweet... and not that scary at all... :o)

 I coloured her with Distress Inks. The papers I used are from Echo Park. The Banner Dies are from Whiff of Joy as well.

Little Peppermint Puff

Hi everyone, isn't he just the sweetest? This cute dragon is one of the newest images from the fabulous artist Elizabeth Bell. His name is 'Little Peppermint Puff'.  

I coloured him with Distress Inks. The papers I used are from Bo Bunny.

Pen Holder - Whiff of Joy

Hello and good morning everyone, today it is my turn to show you some inspiration on the Whiff of Joy World of Ideas Blog.

Few days ago we had to move from one building to another at the company where I am working. At the new place we have new white furnitures, and I had an old ugly brown plastic pen holder from my old desk which I really didn't like to move.

First I wanted to go and buy a white or transparent one for my new place, but then thought why not creating something by myself. Thought, done...

I coloured this sweet Maya with Copics.

Crafts & Me Challenge # 107 - Fantasy Creatures

Hello everyone, oh my am I late with my posts for today... had some quite busy days behind me with moving my working place from one building to another. Quite much to do and feeling very tired and kind of absent minding when i got back home in the evenings. Still have to get more comfort with this new surrounding and situation.

But now it is time to announce our new challenge over at Crafts and Me Challenges. I am the host this week and I have chosen one of my favourite theme which is

FANTASY CREATURES

I used Blue Topaz, one of the recent new released image from Sara Burrier.

I coloured this beautiful image with Copics.

For my card I used the Sketch from The Sketchy Challenges, and of cours I also want to join their challenge with my card. And I used papers from Basic Grey from the Porcelain serie, and so I want to join the Basic Grey Challenge 'Sparkle' as well.
