Whiff of Joy June Project - Stair Step Card

Hello everyone, it is time to inspire you with our Whiff of Joy June Project. This month all teamies from Whiff of Joy made a Stair Step Card. I made a Center Step Card. Look at all the gorgeous creations the team made at the Whiff of Joy Inspiration Blog. There you can see different possibilities how to make a Stair Step Card. There you also can find the tutorials how to make them.

For my card I used 'Thorny Greetings' and coloured this cutie with Copics. I also used the 'Fancy Hearts Border' Die-Light. The papers I used is from My Mind's Eye The Sweetest Thing - Tangerine, available at Whiff of Joy as well. I thought the words from the paper pad 'Loving, Kind & Fearless' is a perfect match to this image.

Memoires

Hello and good morning everyone, my dear friends, visitors and followers. Hope you are doing fine. I enjoyed my day off today and am lucky about the cooler temperatures we have here. I spent a part of my day with creating a card just for fun, without to have fulfilling any commitments, which is a long time ago since last... When I saw the theme over at Magnolia Down Under I knew immediately... this is something I didn't made since a while and wanted to give it a try again; Sepia Colouring. Below you can see the result... I love the combo of those two stamps.

I made the colouring with Copics and added a lot of Fran'tage around the image to give it a Shabby / Vintage touch.

And I added a sweet little angel onto my card.

Little Green by Sweet Pea Stamps

Hello everyone, great to see you here! Today I have an inspiration for you I made with one of the gorgeous images from ching-chou kuik's available at Sweet Pea Stamps. This one is 'Little Green'. Love this with the sweet froggy!! She is available as single stamp, on Plate # 243  together with three other fabulous images, and as Digi too.

Below you can see a close up of the image. I coloured this beauty with Copics and added lots of Fran'tage around the corners. Love this stuff.

Whiff of Joy Challenge - Card for a Baby

Hello my dear friends and visitors, today I have the pleasure to tell you about the new challenge we just started today at Whiff of Joy Challenges. This time we have a theme you will love I am sure, as everyone is now and then in the need of 

A CARD FOR A BABY

Below you can see what I created. I haven't use the usual blue or pink, but some brown tones to give my card a vintage touch. I also used Fran'tage again, a perfect medium to go shabby and vintage. For my card I used the sweet image 'Precious'. The sentiment is from the 'Little Sunshine' sentiment set. The postcard stamp is from Whiff of Joy too... a great addition to every card or project.

 I coloured the image with Copics. Around the image I added some French Vintage Postmarks before distressing and fran'taging.

Once Upon by Bunny Zoe's Crafts

Hello everyone, great to see you here! When I saw those new cuties from C.C.Design 'Meoples Once Upon' I immediately fell in love with them. No wonder as I love everything fairytale, dragons, castles and so on. So those sweet images are just perfect for any project with those themes. I combined them with the Magnolia DooHickey Castle and the C.C.Designs House on the Hill Die. More dies I used are the Magnolia DooHickey Round Thought/Talk Bubbles and the Grass Border DooHickey.

The papers I used for the background is from My Mind's Eye 'Lucky in Love'. The images are coloured with Copics.

Garden Delight at Simply Magnolia

Hello everyone, it is time for a new challenge again at Simply Magnolia. This week our theme is

I was inspired by this new beautiful Tilda and was thinking on a Japanese Garden.

I coloured her with Copics and added some Fran'tage around the image. The background papers are from Magnolia as well. I added some Glossy Accent onto the butterflies. Unfortunately it haven't dried fully when I made this photo so they look a bit milky.

Secret of Spring by Crafts & Me

Hello everyone, this project I show you today was in progress a while already, just finished today to have it ready to show you today. I used 'Secret of Spring' by Janna Prosvirina and is available at Crafts and Me.

I coloured her with Copics and added some Stickles to her wings. The papers I used for the background is by Maya Design.

The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps. Love this words and I thought it is perfect for this card.

Just Me No. 6 for Bunny Zoe's Crafts

Hello and good morning everyone! Great to see you here. Have you already see the new Bildmalarna images? Aren't they just gorgeous? Love their other sassy look. I played with 'Just Me No. 6' and paperpieced quite some parts of her; clothes, soles and hair-band. Love the look if it. I used papers from Carta Bella 'True Friends'. I also used the same papers for the background. The heart sentiments is part of the image! How cool is this.

I coloured the rest of the image with Copics. The lovely flowers are from Prima 'Song Bird' and I also used some Ruffle Roses. I thought a dress charm would fit well and so I used one from the Marianne D. Fabulous Happy Days set. The lovely pearl swirl is from Prima. And another addition are some flat backed pearls.

Whiff of Joy June Blog Hop

Well, now I want to show you my project I made with one of the new cuties. The one I played with is 'Package of Love'. Although there is a matching sentiment coming with the image, I preferred this time to use one of the German sentiments from the new set 'a message for you'. The little envelopes and the arrow stamp is from the same set too. And I also used the notebook border Die-Light, and two of the new Die-Lights; the 'Staying in Touch' set, and the Banner Trio 2. The papers I used is from My Mind's Eye Sweetest Thing - Lavender, available at Whiff of Joy too. Oh yes, and not to forget the French Vintage Postmark Stamps I used for around the image. Love them!! 

I coloured the image with Copics. And know what? I think this is my first card what is not CAS I haven't use any flowers :o). Below you can see a close up of the image.

I played with an elder image again as I had this oriental touched papers in my stash. So thought this Tilda would be perfect for. For the first time I stamped the image with brown ink. Still  not sure if I like. I think I prefer the black ink to get more intensive lines. What do you think? Would love to read your opininons. I coloured her with Copics.

Whiff of Joy Preview Day 3

Hello and good morning everyone. Wish you a happy Sunday! Today I have another preview for you from one of the sweet new images available at Whiff of Joy from the 11th June. The one I show you today is 'Perfect Team'. I love this image... the kitty with the mouse is so cute how they sit in front of the computer together. And the matching sentiment comes together with the image. How great is this?!!

The banner trio Die-Light is new at Whiff of Joy as well and available from the 11th June too. I also used the notebook border Die-Light and the Lovely Doily.

As you can see I made some Fran'tage again around the image. This stuff gives such a great effect. Love it! Below you can see a close up of the image I coloured with Copics.

Busy Posties - Whiff of Joy Preview Day 1

Hello and good morning everyone. Wonderful news today for you; new images, sentiments and Die-Lights available soon at Whiff of Joy!! Isn't this just great? Today we from the DT are starting previews of all the new products available from the 11th June. The first project I show you is made with 'Busy Posties' by the artist Gina Elerion. I love her images so much, they are so sweet. This one with Kitty is no exception.

I coloured the image with Copics and added some Fran'tage around... love this stuff!! The sentiment I used on my card comes with the image. And the dies I used are from a new Die-Light set 'Staying in Touch'.
