Spring at Whiff of Joy Challenges

Hello and good morning everyone! It's time for a new challenge over at Whiff of Joy Challenges. This forthnight we have the theme 'Spring' for you. When I look outside it looks like anything else than spring... quite cold and rainy... Well, but this way I can sit in my craft room without gnawing at my conscience ;-).

So I want to show you today my Spring tag I created with some of the gorgeous Die-Lights from Whiff of Joy. I used the 'Large Nested Tags', the 'Rolled Scalopped Flower' and the 'Leaves'. I also used a German sentiment from the 'For You' collection.

Lots of Layers at Lovely Hänglar Sweet Magnolia

Hello and happy Sunday! It's time for a new challenge over at 'Lovely Hänglar Sweet Magnolia'. This forthnight we want to see 

LOTS OF LAYERS

As the theme at Magnolia Down Under Challenges is 'Wedding/Anniversary' I wanted to create a such themed card to join their challenge. And so I had a play with a quite old Magnolia stamp of a couple. So love this one! And I enjoyed so much using it after quite a while now. It is perfect for this theme and although old this image is not less a beauty. So different to the newer ones.

The coloration is made with Distress Inks. I paper pieced their clothes... so love this technique.

Alva Deer from Bildmalarna for The Sketch Challenges

Hello and good morning everyone. It's time for a new challenge at The Sketchy Challenges. This time we have a gorgeous sketch made by my dear teammate Kirsty-Anne.

 

The card I made with this sketch is made with one of the new and supersweet Alva stamps from Bildmalarna. The one I used here is 'Alva Deer'. Absoloutely love her!

The coloring is made with Distress Inks.

And look this sweeeeeeet little Deer Charm. Perfect in combination with this stamp.

Big Sisters are the Best for Bunny Zoe's Crafts

Hello and good morning everyone. Easter is past and so I can show you the Easter card I made for my sister. This sweet image 'Precious' by Rachelle Anne Miller is perfect for as it also includes the sentiment 'Big sisters are the best' besides of others that are useful when the card is not for a big sister :-).

The coloration is made with Copics. I stamped some postmarks from Kaisercraft around the image. The papers I used is from the Kaisercraft pad 'Lulu & Roy'. The border is made with Magnolia DooHickey 'Old Swedish Lace'. I embellished my card with some paper flowers, buttons and Flat Clear Acrylic Gems.

Just three days ago I got my preordered Maggies and I HAD to use two of them immediately for the card I created for our challenge. I so love those new stamps, and I love the combo of those two images. I made true stitching on my card.

Aurora Wings Challenge - Monochromatic

Hello everyone, hope you're fine and spent some great Easter days. Mine was great too; spent some time with my family, some time for crafting, some relaxing... just as I love it. Unfortunately they are over soon and the daily routing begins again tomorrow. 

Well, today I  have some great news to share. Some may already have noticed from the badge in the sidebar of my blog. Now I want to announce it officially too; the fabulous artist Mitzi Sato-Wiuff herself asked me to be part of her design team... woohoo!!! I needed no second to think and said YES, YES, YES!!! I so love her art and her digital images are such a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much, Mitzi!!

Every month we have a new challenge for you at the Aurora Wings Challenges. Today we start with the theme MONOCHROMATIC... love it!! And below I show you my inspiration... For my card I used 'Big Eye Holiday Elf'. It's a Christmas image, but I created her more winterlike.

The coloration is made with Copics. I so loved to color her. And I added some sparkling here and there.

For once I made I creation without coloring. I think not all of you love to color and so I wanted to show you how to make a lovely project, a great little gift, with one of the sweet stamps from Whiff of Joy made in not much time and without coloring...

I used this sweet little owl, stamped it with brown ink and only paper pieced the heart with some red cardstock. The lovely doily is a new Die-Light available very soon.

Another new Die-Light are the cutlery. Love them!! The have a little die cutted heart at the holders and so great to add them into a ribbon or twine as I did how you can see on my photo below... The sentiment I used here is from the 'Kalorienreich' set.

Whiff of Joy Preview

Hello and good morning everyone! Welcome to another preview of gorgeous goodies soon available at Whiff of Joy. 

Today I show you another card I made. This time with 'Close Knit Friendship'. What a funny image! Love it!

I colored it with Copics and stamped some 'French Vintage Postmark Stamps' around.

Both sentiments I used on my card are from a new sentiment collection with German text. I also used some Die-Light for my card; the 'Notebook Border', the flower is made with the 'Nested Flowers II' and I also used one of the new 'Nested Tags'. I also embellished my card with some snowwhite Half-Pearls.

Preview and New Challenge at Whiff of Joy

Hello and good morning peeps! Great to see you here again. Today we just started a new challenge over at Whiff of Joy Challenges. This forthnight we want to see you

USING LACE

But now to my card... I used sweet Maya with Kitty 'Together Forever' for my card.

The coloration is made with Copcis. I surrounded the image with some 'French Vintage Postmark Stamps'.

Here you can see the hidden tag. I used the 'Large Nested Tag Die-Light' and one of the sentiments from the new 'German Text' set. The charms I used are form the new Box of Charms 'Butterflies'.

I also used a 'Large Eyelet' for a special corner effect.

Hello and happy Sunday! Today we have a new challenge for you at 'Lovely Hänglar Sweet Magnolia', with an easy theme... we want to see your Spring creations. I decided to make an Easter card, a combo with two of my fave stamps... never made this combo before but think they fit so sweet together.

Below you can see a close up of the masked image. I made the coloration with Distress Inks and added some Frantage here and there.

Sweet Honey Bee for Bunny Zoe's Crafts and Deep Ocean Challenge

Hello and good morning everyone, it's time for a new challenge over at Deep Ocean Challenges. This time we have following theme for you...

INSPIRED BY A SONG

When I saw this image I immediately thought of 'Maya the Bee'. And so I created this card for our actual challenge. I used one of the new images from 'A Random Fan'. They are just the cutest! I had a play with 'Sweet Honey Bee'. The background papers are from Kaisercraft 'Lulu & Roy'.

The image is colored with Copics. And I added some 'Crystal' Stickles onto her wings. I added the Marianne D's Bird Pergola in the back of the image. I just love this die and think it fits perfect to this image! The big bow is made with light pink web ribbon and I added a button onto it. I embellished my card with some Marianne D flowers peach. The sentiment I used is from the Whimsy Birthday Letter Seals. I die cutted it with the Whimsy Ticket Die.
