Babe in the Woods

Hi dear peoples out there. Today is my day at Crafts and Me Stamps to show what I created with their fabulous images. So today I want to show a card I made with one of the new images by Robin Pushay. I really love them so much! No wonder they are all sold out at the moment. But I am sure Teresa will get them back in stock soon. Keep on watching for them! On this card I used 'Babe in the Woods'. Isn't this little fairy just so adorable?

I coloured it with Copics. The background papers I used are from Prima.

Here on this pic below you can see the sparkling I added to her wings and the blue flowers.

Have a wonderful day everyone! I am off to our craft afternoon. We chose the theme to make a book card today. Of course you will see here then what I have done.

Cat Trio - DT card Bunny Zoe's Crafts

Hi everyone, hope you're doing fine and enjoy summer, just like I do... as long as it isn't too hot... :o). Look at this adorable image by High Hope stamps. When you are a cat lover like I am then those three funny cats are a must. I just love them.

I coloured them with Distress Inks. As background papers I used the beautiful 6x6 Carta Bella papers Beautiful Moments. I decorated my card with red paper roses and some red heart pins.

The tag is a Magnolia Doohickey Scalopped Tag. And the lace I used on the tag is from Marianne D.

The most of the items I used for my card are available at Bunny Zoe's Crafts:

Crafts and Me Challenge # 95 - Green of Envy

Hi everyone, great to see you here! Love when you come and take a look at what I make. This is part of my inspiration to make my cards!

Well, today we have a new challenge at Crafts and Me Challenges. Angela is the host for this week and she choose the theme

GREEN of ENVY

Below you can see what I made. I used one of the newest images available at Crafts and Me, from the new artist Robin Pushay. Oh my, I really LOVE them all so much. They are such a pleasure to work with. No wonder they are all sold out at the moment. But I am sure Teresa will restock them soon. So keep on looking. This one I used is 'Just a little love'... so nothing about envy...but green :o))

I coloure the image with Copics. The papers I used are different ones from my stash. As an additional decoration I put some shells on my cards.

Have a wonderful day now. We are off to a big brunch at a country farm today. We are celebrating our national day today and those brunches are very traditional in the whole Switzerland. We use to go since years. It is always such a lovely time with yummy food.

Whiff of Joy Challenge # 135 - Craft and Hearts

Hi and good morning everyone. I am here with a first card I show you today. It is the one I created for our new Whiff of Joy Challenge where we want to see

CRAFT AND HEARTS

I made a travelling related card using this sweet Henry with Heart Ballon and the Postcard. The sentiments are from Whiff of Joy as well. I coloured Henry with Distress Inks

The red heart ballon is paper pieced first, then I added some clear crackle paint. Something strange happenend then while drying. The dried paint broke off the paper in the center of the heart. I have to peel it away as it looked terrible. It just hold around the edges. Then I added another product in the center, and what happened... it discolored... sigh! But at least it hold this time. That is the reason why you can see two red tones on the heart... this wasn't supposed to be. I am wondering... did something like this happened to one of you before? What can be the reason? Did I added a too thick layer of crackle paint? Any ideas? On my photos the center of the heart isn't dried fully. The colour kept that way also now after dryed.

Have a wonderful day now!
Hugs, Karina
