New Challenge and some changes at Crafts & Me

Hello and good morning everyone! Great to see you here again. I am honored to announce you some news we have at Crafts & Me. You have had to wait a long time for our new challenge starting now, but the design team hope that you will be fresh and full of inspirations to join our new theme which is

LOVELY LACE

As you already may have noticed we switched to a monthly challenge now, not weekly anymore like before. There will be a new challenge on the 4th of each month from now on! And we don't have two teams for rubber and digis each, but one team now doing both.

The Crafts & Me Challenge and Inspiration Blog will also be the inspiration blog where the DT will be placing their creations and show casing new products as they arrive in.  There will be a link in the sidebar to the current challenge, so you will always be able to find it.

For the next couple of months TO CELEBRATE this NEW BLOG until January we will also be giving aways.

Fun at the Beach - Whiff of Joy Digis Release Day

Hello and good morning everyone! Finally from today the new sweet digital images are available at Whiff of Joy from TODAY!! All of the design team are showing you more inspiration made with them today. The one I used for my card is 'Fun at the Beach'. I love it, like all the other images, too! It was a pleasure to colour.

For this card I also used two of the Arrow Die-Lights and a sentiment from 'you are my hero' collection . Below a close up of the image. I coloured it with Copics.

Whiff of Joy Challenge - Spring

Hello everyone, today we have a new challenge for you at Whiff of Joy Challenges. And what we want to see on your project is

Easy, huh? So we look very much forward to see what you create. Join us for having the chance to win. Below you can see my card I made with one of the newest Digi Stamps available at Whiff of Joy. It is called 'First Date'. I coloured it with Copics. I also used some of the Die-Lights on my card; Chevron, Tickets, Cute Butterflies, and Cute Heart. The sentiment is from the 'Amazing You' Set. I used a plain ticket stamp to create it this way. The papers I used are available at Whiff of Joy, too. It is from My Mind's Eye 'The Sweetest Thing - Honey'.

Kenny K's Krafty Girlz Challenge - Animal Antics

Here is what came into my mind to this theme. I used Cat.

I coloured this sweet image with Copics. The papers I used I already had for years... and never used them before. I think for this card it is perfect, in combination with the sentiment I made by my own :o).

NO DESIGNER PAPER

Not very easy I find... but with a selection of gorgeous embossing folders my card turned out quite nice I think. I love dry embossing, have to use it more often in future. It gives an elegant effect to a project. So here we go with my card...

Guesting at Make it Colourful

Hi everyone, I am a bit late with this post... since Saturday I am honoured for guesting the Make it Colourful challenge for a third time. The theme is 'Rainbow'. I made this collage out of three images. I coloured it with Copics.

Hi everyone! Hope you're doing fine. Today we have a new challenge for you over at Kenny K's Girlz Challenges. We have following theme for you

EMBOSS IT

either dry or wet embossing, this is up to you. For my card I used the image Naughty Nurse which I love so much. So great for a get well card. I have this special sickness and accident related papers for quite some time already and used it now for the first time. It is perfect for this image.

Here you can see my embossing. I embossed some parts of this frame.

I couldn't imagine to put her to the spotlight any better. Although I didn't know for a long time for what I could use this paper. But when I saw this hot and sassy image I knew immediately :o))

Kenny K's Krafty Girlz Challenge # 58 - Layers

Hi everyone, today we have a new challenge over at the Kenny K Krafty Girlz Challenge. The theme for this week is

LAYERS

Make as much layers as you can. I made a special card where you can pull out an inside layer on the left and on the right side. So altogether my card haves 15 layers! Counted without the image. For my card I used this gorgeous image from the new Steampunk Serie. She is called 'Jayne Jettpack' and you can find her here.

I am not that much satisfied with my pics of my card this time. I had to use flash as there were already too less daylight. I prefer to photograph by daylight. But as I just finished this card Saturday afternoon there were no chance anymore.
