Hello my dear friends and visitors. Hope you spent a wonderful time over Christmas and the days after. Perhaps you were so happy as I were to have some days off. I really enjoyed it and still do. Plenty of time for crafting and just relaxing. How did I miss this the weeks and months before. So it really feels great. Still one day to go and we can welcome the new year. This occasion occurring we have following theme for you for our new challenge at Simply Magnolia;
PARTY AND USING BALLOONS
Isn't this a fun theme? Magnolia haves so sweet images with Balloons, so I am sure you will love this challenge. For my card I used a very old image, one of the first and I enjoyed to take this little treasure out again for once. I coloured her with Distress Inks and made some paper piecing on her shirt and balloon.
Here you can see a close up of the image. The papers I used is from My Mind's Eye 'Ruby'. The watch die is Tim Holtz and the heart tag die is from Magnolia. The sentiment is from Whiff of Joy and is available in English as well.
